- Communications: Satellite/VHF/Microwave/Cellular/WiFi/TVWS
- Logistics: supply chain management/warehousing/transport management/distribution
- Emergency Medicine: EMT/ParaMedic/Combat Medic (68W)/SF Medic (18D) or similar
- Incident Command: Qualification and experience in the field of Incident/Emergency/Disaster Management.
- GIS & Digital mapping.
- Psychological trauma/burnout/mental resilience: Qualification and experience in the fields of mental/psychological trauma counselling and preparedness.
